The SuSanA plans to publish selected case studies of sustainable sanitation projects that demonstrate the wide range of possible fields of application for sustainable sanitation systems. The aimed case study collection should comprise project experiences from developing and industrialised countries, high and low tech systems, in urban and rural locations, pilot and large scale projects and projects in different cultural settings and carry them out to decision makers, planners, engineers and the interested public.
Below you will find a template to be used to describe each project on a maximum of 2-4 pages and explain why the project has increased the sustainability of sanitation substantially. Please see therefore also the sustainability criteria in the vision section of this website. For your orientation how such a case study may look like you can also find one exemplary case study below. Your case studies should be send to: info@sustainable-sanitation-alliance.org
For the collection of good practice case studies we are depending on your support and would therefore kindly invite sustainable sanitation experts, project managers and other informed persons to contribute to this collection by suggesting respective case studies and making use of the case study template below.
Please notice that your contributions will be reviewed and selected for publication. We will contact you after receiving your contribution and keep you informed about the further procedure and schedule.
